FACE COVERINGS AND VACCINATION POLICY
As of August 3, the Tivoli Theatre Foundation will follow the specific policies for each artist/event scheduled regarding masks, vaccinations and testing. All events with vaccination, negative test, and masks policies are listed below.

At this time, no upcoming shows have COVID requirements. This is subject to change.
TO HELP KEEP YOU AND OTHERS SAFE
Masks may be required for all attendees at the above events, regardless of vaccination status, except when actively eating for drinking. Please check the event details page for complete details. Masks will be available upon request.
Patrons will be updated by email, social media, and our website for the specific requirements for each event.
Where tickets and concessions are sold, credit, debit, or gift cards are preferred to reduce contact, but cash is accepted, and may be used if needed.
Upon entering the venue, patrons will undergo touchless security check through a magnetometer. If additional screening is required, this will occur with a security staff member. No weapons are allowed, including pocket knives.
HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
Take advantage of the free sanitizing stations installed at entrances, exits, and other high-traffic areas throughout the venues.
SANITIZATION AND CLEANLINESS
Common areas, high touch points, and hard surfaces including doors, door handles, and handrails are routinely cleaned and sanitized. Seating area will be thoroughly disinfected with EPA-registered disinfectants.
The Tivoli Theatre Foundation is one big family; please be respectful of fellow patrons including everyone’s desire for space, face coverings and a touchless experience.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting the Tivoli Theatre Foundation you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.Please help keep each other healthy.

Rescheduled, Postponed, and Canceled Events
For Canceled Events - Tickets will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase. Please allow at least 30 days from the original show date for this to be reflected in your bank account.
For Postponed Events - We are working to reschedule the date of postponed events and will alert ticket holders as soon as we have updated information. Fans should hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date.
For Rescheduled Events - If your show has been rescheduled with a new date already, fans should keep their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. If ticket holders can't attend this rescheduled date, they may request a refund through the date stated. Please note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster or from the Tivoli Theatre box office. For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, a refund link will be visible under the event in your Ticketmaster account. Please use this link to request a refund. If the tickets were transferred to you, you will need to transfer them back to the original purchaser in order for them to request a refund. For tickets purchased in-person or over the phone with the Tivoli Theatre’s box office, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please provide your full name, show you are requesting a refund for, and phone number. If you do not request a refund by the date stated your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
